The staff were very kind. Luxurious, elegant rooms with great AC and shower. Excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from Pudding Mill Lane tube station.

The apartment was spacious, with a balcony and terrace, and had stylish and high-quality furnishings. the village was a short distance away, and there was a decent beach nearby. the hotel was conveniently located near the train station and had a friendly and helpful staff. the room was upgraded and beautifully decorated, with great attention to cleanliness and detail. a great stay with comfortable facilities and good air conditioning.

Felt super comfortable, nothing was too much trouble.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the comfortable bed and powerful shower in our room. It was a joy to relax in such a clean and well-decorated space. The hotel's central location was perfect, with easy access to various restaurants and the seafront promenade. the soundproofing on the windows impressed us, as we could enjoy a peaceful sleep without being disturbed by outside noise.

One aspect we found inconvenient was the automated check-in process that required a physical passport. As residents of Spain, we typically use our digital passports or driving licenses for identification, but these were not accepted by the machine.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is just a short walk from the beach promenade where you can find plenty of good restaurants. the rooms are lovely and clean, with comfortable beds and top modern amenities such as a small fridge and a safe. the bathrooms are excellent, with powerful showers. the hotel provides nice touches like a complimentary bottle of wine for special occasions and two small bottles of water in the fridge.

The hotel could improve by providing a water cooker in the rooms to make a cup of tea.

I enjoyed my 3-night stay at this beautifully designed place. The central location was very convenient, especially for accessing the beach promenade. I loved being able to easily grab a coffee at Vainilla & Chocolate, just a 5-minute walk away.

The bathroom was top-notch, with a powerful shower and extra special touches like a birthday surprise of a bottle of wine waiting for us. The cleanliness was spotless and our terrace on the top floor provided the most amazing privacy. The location was ideal for exploring the nearby golf course and easy access to the beach. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. we can't recommend this place enough for a memorable and luxurious adults-only getaway.

There was no soundproofing in the rooms, which meant that I could hear upstairs visitors walking, speaking, and even playing music. This was quite unpleasant and disrupted the peace and quiet that I had hoped for during my stay.
